Abbotsview is a non-smoking, family-run B & B in a quiet residential area of St Andrews. Situated on the east side of town, we are just a five minute walk from the East Sands beach and harbour area and are within easy reach of the town centre and various golf courses.

Our bedrooms (both en suite) are bright, comfortable and modern and have TV, radio alarm, hairdryer and hospitality tray. They are situated upstairs in a newly added extension to our home. 

Relax and enjoy a traditional Scottish, continental or vegetarian breakfast in the peaceful surroundings of our dining room or conservatory.

We are able to offer ample off-street parking.
