(a) From south, cross the Forth Road Bridge and proceed north along M90 to junction 2A. Follow the A92 until just before Cupar, then join the A91 to St Andrews. [Alternatively, take M90 to junction 8, then the A91 to St Andrews.] Follow signs for Crail/Anstruther until almost leaving St. Andrews. At the road fork near the leisure centre, take middle road signposted The Grange & Lathockar.  Take the first right on Grange Road (this is Kinkell Terrace) and Abbotsview is the second house on right, excluding the corner house.

Or (b) From south, cross the Forth Road Bridge and take A907 or A92  & then A915 into St. Andrews.  At the roundabout at Morrisons supermarket take the second exit (Largo Road) and the third road on right (Lamond Drive). Continue east until the end of road is in sight and take the second last exit on right (Kinkell Terrace). Proceed up Kinkell Terrace to top of hill and Abbotsview is the white cottage on left, looking onto Priestden Road.

(c) From south-west, either go east along the M8 to the Forth Road Bridge and then by route (a), or by the Kincardine Bridge and A977 towards Kinross, joining the M90 at junction 6 and exiting at junction 8, then by A91 to St Andrews. Follow signs for Crail/Anstruther until almost leaving St. Andrews. At the road fork near the leisure centre, take middle road signposted The Grange & Lathockar. Take the first right on Grange Road (this is Kinkell Terrace) and Abbotsview is the second house on right, excluding the corner house.

(d) From north via Perth on the M90 then by the A913 to Cupar and St Andrews. Follow signs for Crail/Anstruther until almost leaving St. Andrews. At the road fork near the leisure centre, take middle road signposted The Grange & Lathockar. Take the first right on Grange Road (this is Kinkell Terrace) and Abbotsview is the second house on right, excluding the corner house.

(e) From north via Dundee, cross the Tay Road Bridge on the A92 and after 1 mile via the A919 to Leuchars and the A91 to St Andrews. Follow signs for Crail/Anstruther until almost leaving St. Andrews. At the road fork near the leisure centre, take middle road signposted The Grange & Lathockar. Take the first right on Grange Road (this is Kinkell Terrace) and Abbotsview is the second house on right, excluding the corner house.
